It's easy to overlook the charm of a small town. In the same way, it's easy to get swept up in the busyness only to miss the heart of it all: The message of hope for the world. The savior came not to be served, but to serve. The people were looking for a powerful leader, but the Messiah came humbly as a child... and they missed Him. We do the same. This series is an invitation to slow down, see what matters most, and let Jesus take center stage.

This year, we're calling on ANYBODY who wants to help out! Bring your rakes, tarps, blowers, etc., and we'll put everyone into teams to go help those who are unable to rake themselves. And if YOU are unable to rake your leaves this year due to physical limitations, we will have a sign up available soon to have a team from CLC come and rake them for you! Signups are on the Happenings Page!

Weather permitting, we'll all gather together at 11 am ONLY out on the front lawn! Afterwards, we'll make our way downstairs for a potluck lunch! We will be providing the main dish of grilled chicken tenders. Sign up at the link below to bring a side dish or dessert to share!

One Gathering Lunch

APR 18 - JOURNEY TO THE CROSS

7 AM - 7 PM, The church will be open for you to take a guided tour of several stations from Creation to The Cross.

APR 20 - RESURRECTION SUNDAY

6:30 AM, Sunrise Gathering on the front lawn, with breakfast afterward. Then, typical gatherings at 9 & 11 AM.

CHURCH SOFTBALL

The co-ed church softball league is right around the corner! If you're 14 y.o. and up, get signed up by April 13th to secure your spot. There is a small cover fee to play. Games are on Sundays from May 4th until August!

Christmas Poinsettias

Orders are open now until Dec 7th! You can purchase in honor, in memory, or just as a decoration. They are $10 each. It will be a 6.5 inch pot with a red poinsettia and wrapping. Pickup will be after the Christmas Eve Gathering on Dec 24th.

Community Cash Back is back again! We are collecting receipts from now until February 15th 2025, so bring those in and put em in the blue boxes around the building!

Back To School

A new school year is just around the corner, and we want to partner with you to provide useful supplies to our local schools! You can drop off donations at the back door, Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM or in the lobby on Sunday mornings. Give us a call if you have any questions!

Backpack Blessings

During our Sunday worship gatherings on August 3rd, we get to pray over and send off our students into their next year of school! We encourage all students (homeschooled, preschool, grade school, and beyond!), teachers, and school staff to bring their backpacks with them so we can place a tag on each one and pray over them!
