Discipleship → Growing in faith, prayer, and connection with others.

Biblical counseling → Meeting with a biblical counselor for encouragement and guidance through personal, relational, or spiritual challenges.

Clinical Counseling → Licensed therapy for mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. (We are not licensed counselors but can connect you with trusted professionals.)

You’ll meet with one of our trained ministry leaders who will listen, pray with you, and provide biblical guidance. To ensure comfort and care, men are paired with men and women with women.

Your privacy is very important to us. Conversations are kept confidential, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Sessions usually last about 45-60 minutes.
